How do I install the PostTV Go app?
Please follow the instructions below to install the PostTV Go app:
- Download the ‘PostTV Go’ app in the App Store or Google Play Store and open the app.
- Select ‘I am a BAMBOO customer’.
- Have your Service Number and activation code ready.
You can find these identifiers via the "Subscription details" tab in the "Settings" menu of your PostTV decoder (if you are waiting for your PostTV decoder to be installed, your temporary identifiers can be found inside the packaging of your 4G router). - Enter the Service Number and the activation code.
- You now have access to PostTV Go, so you can make full use of the service!
