Having started my business career as Project Manager in the Telecom & Postal Compliance Department of POST Luxembourg, I joined POST Telecom as a Product Manager in 2019.

In my first year at POST Telecom I worked on the launch and promotion of mobile products mainly for the residential customers before switching my focus to Enterprise Connectivity and Cybersecurity Products (f.ex. DDoS, SOCaaS).

Before joining POST I have done my Master’s degree in Services & Marketing Management which explains my motivation to challenge myself every day to create added value to our products and a better experience for our customers. A very practical example of this approach can also be found in POSTs ControlCenter, which provides full transparency on the product usage and more autonomy to our customers by incorporating different Selfcare functionalities.
